Lance Goodwin

Educated in Behavioral Science with the renowned Dr. Aubrey Daniels, and in Manufacturing, and Electronic Engineering. Lance has been a consultant in Total Performance Management, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Management, and named in Who’s Who in Business 1997-1998, and 2001-2002. He is a published writer, a public speaker, a professional educator, and Scoutmaster to the Hopedale Boy Scouts, and a certified childbirth educator.

Lance developed his own company, Intech Resource, a total plastic card service operation from inception, including all software, accounting, physical inventory storage, manufacturing processes, mailing systems, and client-based marketing.

He served as market manager for Western Regional Operations of Direct TV; supporting a population of nearly 1.3 million people. He was honored by Direct TV as one of the top ten Home Service Providers in the country.

Additionally, Lance implemented a successful Performance Management program and developed a behavioral psychology approach to managing people. Lance toured nationwide to multiple company installations with emphasis on the implementation of Train the Trainer programs. First year savings estimated at $4,500,000.

Currently semi-retired Lance spent thirteen years as a City of Buffalo school bus driver. He now enjoys teaching Defensive Driving with All-Pro Tutoring & Test Prep and has a unique entertaining and engaging teaching style.
